职位描述:
1. Demand planning management
a. Ensure that sales forecasts are collected from the customer or generated monthly statistically, up to 18 months in the future
b. Ensure that a monthly meeting occurs with customer stakeholders (commercial or other colart facilities) regarding the past performance of the forecast
c. Ensure that actions are clearly identified, implemented & shared with the customer stakeholders to improve the Demand Planning AccuracyItem ABC Classification (every 6 months)Master
d. Item Data Process (depending on NPD)
e. Ensure disco process is correctly followed
2.Supply & Planning
a. Define the production plan (load & capacity) for each workcenter in CTAM & Huaibei factory
b. Weekly Operational Review with production to track adherence to plan & control resources are in place to produce according to plan
c. Ensure the necessary purchase orders are placed to the supplier to realize the sales & the production plan
d. Inventory Finished Goods- focus on safety stock, ROQs and obsolete/discontinuation
e. Ensure the planning parameters (safety stock, cover time, lead time, MOQ) are properly maintained for all items in the ERP system.
f. Challenge the factory and external suppliers in case of high MOQ coverage
g. Ensure purchase forecast are provided to the key suppliers
3. Sales operations
a. Ensure out of stock items & backorders with internal and external customers are measured on a weekly basis & that action plans are in place to improve these
b. Develop and provide guidelines for system enhancements or changes necessary to achieve objectives.
c. Ensure reports analyzing the company's performance in the key areas of delivery targets and processing accuracy are produced.
d. To maintain the company’s product credibility, ensure that all product complaints are processed through a formal internal system
e. Ensure the highest level of customer service standards by maintaining a training programme (on processes, tools & products) for each departmental employee.
f. Develop and provide guidelines for system enhancements or changes necessary to achieve objectives.
g. Provide reports analysing the company's performance in the key areas of delivery targets and processing accuracy. Appropriate departmental recommendations can then be made to assist in the achievement of company targets.
h. Provide development in establishing appropriate reports for key customers and sales staff.
i. Ensure the complaints process is followed, in order to guarantee that all complaints are processed through a formal internal system.
 
4. Manage
a. Manage Employee development:
    Coach and provide career development, identify strengths and create specific development plans for each direct report;
    Establish goals, conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition and drive accountability;
    Develop and provide professional training to team and each member to realize his/herfullest potential;
    Carry out training for department especially Colors project.
b. Drive continuous improvement through workshops (5S), ideas collection.
c. Manage the department to conform with company
health, safety & environment policies & drive improvement.
d. Enhance productive working relationships by:
    developing the trust and support of colleagues and team members
    developing the trust and support of your manager
    Minimising inter-personal conflict.
e. Communicate frequently using the appropriate channel to drive motivation & ensure everyone is aligned.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 4 years Line Management experience.
2. Demonstrated broad supply chain experience in a complex multicultural environment
3. Bachelor’s degree or master in international commerce / logistics / production management
4. Good understanding of process analysis
2. Expert, or trainable to expert level, in Mfg PRO / QAD
5. Good spreadsheet skills.
6. Good understanding of IT fundamentals as it relates to definition of systems requirements.
7. Knowledgeable, or trainable in EDI
8. Fluent in English
