职位描述：
Position responsibilities：
Ensure efficiency of production process and compliance to specification of product / process
Manage start-up of new machines / lines / equipment and sign the final acceptance
Supervise and ensure efficiency of production lines
Ensure continuous improvement of the production process
Supervise analysis and data collection and lead improvement projects
Manage spare parts requirements, order, control
Manage all maintenance requirement definition, planning and activities
Manage the tests for homologation / production trial runs and related documentation
Management of improvement plans/programs (improvement and cost reduction analysis and proposal, management of improvement processes, continuous improvement of work procedures)
Monitoring and measurement of performance (KPI control and analysis)
Manage meetings and lead multifunctional team
Manage the preparation and distribution of documentation / Process Parameters, Flow Chart, FMEA, CP, Work Instructions ecc.

Position requests:
Bachelor degree in Engineering; Tooling design / Plastic injection process background preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in high precision plastic injection moulding parts (like connectors, bobbins, relays, switches, etc.)
Deep knowledge of Plastic Injection process and tooling
Knowledge of maintenance systems (PM,TPM)
Problem solving skill and teamworkMandarin (mother tongue), English (fluent)
MS Office, SAP
