职位描述：
Summary:
To administer internal communications especially for internal publications such as employee newsletter, portal, brand identity programs and other employee communications programs; administration of Corporate brand promotion program such as advertisement both print and on-line.
- Enhance the sense of belongs of the employees
- Communication on Company visions and values and policies
- Getting feedbacks from Employees
- Recognizing best practices
- Promote XYLEM employer brand
- Promote XYLEM Corporate brand among trade media


Responsibilities:
- Develop content for internal publications such as newsletters, brochures, emails, etc. This includes working with customers and graphic designers from concept to final project.
- Write and prepare articles/features about programs, events, etc. obtains photos, etc.
- Develop distribution list and distribute publications
- Help plan and execute special employee events, other corporate activities, etc.
- Administer the China Website and C&I Portal.
- Write for Internet and intranet sites.
- Edit documents for internal communications
- Administer and work with suppliers in the management of advertisement creative and placement
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications (journalism, advertisement, broadcasting) or English required.
- Must have demonstrated solid content development and editing skills, experience in writing for a variety of audiences and media (print, broadcast, electronic, and Web), knowledge of media relations, event planning, publications development, and communications principles.
- Must have demonstrated experience in writing and editing for a variety of audiences and media.
- Experience with word processing, e-mail, and other general Microsoft Office (MS) software required.
- Event planning and photography experience a plus. Web content development experience a plus. 举报 分享
