Functional area/工作职责

？ Responsible for project quotation负责项目询价及报价。
？ Managing and tracking orders, inquiries, complaints and quotation.处理和跟踪报价订单、查询、投诉。
？ Dealing with email and make the application of sales returns处理邮件，申请退换货。
？ Answering the telephone, apply samples, UPS, product lend负责接听电话，申请样品，UPS，借货。
？ Assist Sales to solve other relevant matters协助销售人员处理其他相关事项。
？ Coordinate other department协调公司各个部门工作


Requirements/任职要求

？ College degree or the above专科及以上学历
？ More than 2 years of experience in relevant industry两年以上相关工作经验
？ Patient and careful, strong sense of responsibility细致耐心,责任心强
？ Honest, reliable诚实、可信赖
？ Strong writing skills, good communication skills and language skills较强的文字组撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
？ Proficiency with office software, ERP system experience(SAP)精通办公软件, ERP系统(SAP)操作经验
？ Knowledge in logistics and trading具有物流与贸易知识
？ Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自信,耐心,负责
