职位描述：
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.

Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.

Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.

Input shipment cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.

Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.

Communicate with local agent for delivery time.


BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
College degree (major in International Trade , English, Transportation will be plus).

Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions at IFF industry.

Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
