Job Purpose
—According tariff quotation input cost and revenue in OFS system and issue VAT invoice to send.
Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Check the billing SOP
2 Input cost and revenue in OFS system
3 Make charge list for each customer
4 Check with customer for their charge list
5 Print invoice to customs or oversea
6 Any ad hoc projects assigned by superior.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
—The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level.
Education & Qualifications
—College degree or above with solid correlative knowledge
Experience
—Strong experience in Air and Finance product.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
—Fluent spoken / written Mandarin and English
—Good skills in computer usage (Excel, PowerPoint,word)
—Responisble ,careful
Proactive
—Interpersonal & Communication Skills
—Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure
