Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
We need Sales support to support Sales team in Beijing Commercial office to ensure the team to increase the productivity and quality of sales work to deliver our growth plan and volume/CM1 target.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
? Perform RFQ to Overseas product/pricing desk on behalf of Field Sales, coordinate and collaborate with overseas stakeholders to ensure competitive and sellable solutions and price for Field Sales to maintain and get new business.
Back up FS to do RFQ with local/Regional product/pricing desk upon request and handover when Sales is travel or out of office.
? Prepare the Handover Sheet with buying/selling rate from Product/Pricing and also Sales for CSO to execute according to the standard format to ensure a very good data quality and compliance to the internal IOP of both OCE&AIR job costing.
? Support Sales to coordinate CSO for operation optimization and service improvement, especially the TOP25 customers and also urgent case follow up to ensure the high win and retention ratio of FS control business.
? Perform day to day quotation to regular customers according to the company guideline and with effective collaboration with Client owner and Product team. Closely follow up the feedback from customer to support Sales to secure the business. Back up Field Sales of customer quotation when sales is traveling and out of office, to ensure timely feedback to existing and also new customers to win the business.
? Monitor and coordinate cross departments and functions collaboration and meetings on behalf of Field Sales team when necessary.
? Perform monthly and quarterly Sales book-keeping of Volume, CM1, etc.
? Bask up other sales relevant issues as per good handover and timely notice from Field Sales.
? Act as Inside sales to take care incoming business inquiries and cold calls to facilitate the lead generation for the team.
? Backup and participate x-team tasks and ad hoc tasks at needed level.
Premier Sales Implementation:
Product: Closely follow up the Premier Sales product and trade lane development
Pricing: Effectively use the Premier Sales quoting tool, promotion rate combining with our local Product to design the flexible solutions/product for our existing customers.
CH file: Prepare and follow up CE file process with Account Owner & CSO team
Lead Generation: Effective use CTI/Panjiva/Compass data to generate leads in the target Trade lanes and verticals.

? Weekly CRM Dashboard
? Handover sheet quality and timeliness
