职位描述：
职位: R&D 总监 /高级研发经理（管理研发中心）
- Direct and coordinate the R&D operations
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for ODM operations to meet organisational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
- Develop new products and technologies for key accounts and company long term growth
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Direct and oversee the ODM business development function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Develop and manage ODM budgets, and oversee the development and management of long term strategic projects’ budgets. Adhere to corporate financial standards
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all government and corporate requirements related to quality management , Environmental, Health and Safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care at the facilities
- Enterprise Risk Management, follow risk management framework to:
a) Identify and assess operational, financial and compliance risks periodically
b) Develop and update policies and control procedures to manage the risk
c) Ensure the risk management policies and control procedures are followed through by line personnel through monitoring controls
d) Monitor and report risk management result to senior management
- Develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for personnel
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization
- Interface with all aspects of the organization and corporate management
- Contribute to the development of operational strategy and performance with the executive team
- Establish and manage the external communication and progress reporting
- Implement and manage the contractual and commercial issues, project-related investments and internal & external representation expenses
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Provide leadership and coordination of ODM operation, which include product design, business development and key account management functions.
Develop and implement ODM long range strategy to support the companys business goals and objectives. Drive new product and technology development to realize new business opportunities and growth plan.
