职位描述：
Responsibility / 职责：
1.Support and coordinate sales teams;
支持销售团队的管理和协调;
2.Support to formulate and implement company strategies and action plans, including pricing strategies for direct and agent sales, and etc.
协助制定并实施公司策略和行动计划,包括建立直销和代理销售的定价策略;
3.Sales controlling and sales activities support; Sales meeting arrangement and coordination.
销售管理和销售活动支持以及销售会议的安排与协调;
4.Support to carry out resource allocations and cost control in line with business strategy and goals;
根据公司的商业策略和目标进行资源配置和成本控制;
5.Continuously coordinate and improve the sales process to optimize the process to achieve targets set;
协调和改善销售流程以优化流程并达到销售目标;
6.Coordinate with KAM and Product Technology Sales team;
协调关键客户销售与产品技术销售团队;
7.Assist to assessment of training needs of the sales team and the implementation of training modules;
协助销售团队的培训需求评估及培训方案的实施;
8.To build up and maintain good relationship with agencies, partners, clients, suppliers, and other important channels;
与代理商、合作伙伴、客户、供应商以及其他重要渠道建立并保持良好关系;
9.Other project assigned by the supervisor;
协助并执行上级安排的其它项目;

Requirements / 要求：
1.Bachelor Degree with Major in Business Administration or international trade
本科以上学历，企业管理或国际商贸相关专业
2.Experience in a multinational or international job environment is a must
必须有跨国公司工作经验
3.Good understanding of the mechanical products as well as well experiences in commercial
了解机械产品，有良好商务经验
4.Strong communication skills ( Chinese native, English perfect, Japanese optional, German optional)
沟通能力强（汉语流利，英文好，会日语或德语为佳）
5.Good Computer operating skills and technical knowledge is a plus
良好的计算机操作能力，有相关的技术知识更佳
6.Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
熟练掌握微软办公技能
7.Capable to join an international environment
能够融入国际性工作环境
8.Team player, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
