Main Responsibility Area:
1. Implement in process quality and final quality control system to meet the quality target
2. Handle non-conformity process with cross section team, and follow up corrective actions effectiveness
3. Deal with customer complaints with cross section team and delight customers
4. Conduct process audit and follow up corrective actions effectiveness
5. Perform quality analysis and inspections, for example data analysis, benchmark testing, localization, and destructive/non-destructive analysis according to system specifications.
6. Evaluate the organization's manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes that will improve the quality of the organization's finished products.
7. Check that established testing procedures are being followed and identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
8. Maintain and analyze quality records to prepare quality reports.
9. Educate and train quality inspectors and other staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
Experience and Education:
1. 5 years quality experience and familiar with ISO9000 & ISO/TS16949 requirements and quality tools, such as FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC,PPAP,VDA6.3;
2. Qualified for internal auditor ;
3. Fluent written & spoken English ;
4. Computer application skill and Team work;
5. Good interpersonal skills ;
6. Experience with plastic extrusion, injection molding preferred;
7. Candidate from automotive industry preferred.
