1. 负责技术部年度及月度总结，努力完成技术部各项考核指标。
2. 为销售部提供技术支持，提供更具有竞争力的技术方案
3. 负责制定技术人员的培训计划，并组织安排公司对技术人员进行培训
4. 负责与客户客户技术交流，需熟悉AHU在制药，电子厂房，汽车等领域的应用与要求解答客户提出的技术相关问题。
5. 根据公司的经营管理目标和出货计划，统筹本部门的工作安排，制定工作计划和组织技术力量解决生产过程中出现，确保机组的顺利出货。
6. 对选型进行技术评审，确认交货界面及选型的合理性，并参与项目的成本核算。
7. 与德国的技术沟通及Klimasoft的bug反馈，根据爱科太仓的使用需求要求德国完善KS。
8. 售后问题的分析及解决方案的制定，FAT/SAT等技术支持。
9. 生产工艺改进的确认及实施，生产技术标准的完善。
10. 主持技术例会，技术内部交流及问题的总结。
1. Responsible for the annual and monthly summary of Technical Department, complete each assessment item.
2. Provide technical support to Sales Department and put forward more competitive technical solutions.
3. Responsible for formulating the training plans of technical personnel, organize and carry out such trainings.
4. Responsible for technical communication with customers, familiar with AHU applications and requirements in pharmaceutical, electronics plant and automobile, answer customers' technical questions.
5. Coordinate the work arrangements of Technical Department according to company management objectives and shipping plans, formulate work plans and use technical expertise to solve the problems which arise during production and make sure the units are delivered successfully.
6. Conduct technical review over unit selection, make sure the interaction interface and selection are reasonable, and participate in the project cost accounting.
7. Conduct technical communication with Germany and give feedbacks about the bugs of Klimasoft, advice Germany to improve KS according to the needs in Taicang.
8. Responsible for the analysis of after-sales problem and the development of solutions, provide technical support for FAT/SAT.
9. Confirmation and implementation of production process as well as the improvement of production technical standards.
10. Preside over the technical meetings, responsible for internal communication in Technical Department and summary of the problems concerned.
