职位描述：

Assist blending supervisor monitor daily tank farm operation which ensure tank farm site operation and management compliance with BP HSSE requirement;

Ensure tank farm daily operation compliance with ISO 9000,ISO 14000,TS16949 & internal QA manual procedures;

Coordinate with planning and blending team complete shipping and bulk RM unloading timely and safely each month.

Assist finance and production complete tank farm stock review each month to ensure tank farm RM in and out balanced

Arrange tank farm and jetty operation training according to department training plan and take drill practice with jetty service company every year.

1. To ensure tank farm daily operation in compliance with BP Group's HSSE policy and regulations during blending operation all the times, fully meet with BP/HSSE objectives and that KPI target will be reached
2. To ensure Jetty and tank farm operations to be in line with the production SOP/WI and jetty policy of local government.
3. Responsible to lead jetty/tank farm technician& control room technician during base oil jetty receiving process.
4. Monitor the whole shipping process
5. Permanently implement 5S activity to build up a tidy environment to prevent any contamination.
6. Strong consciousness of team-work to deal with any task base on daily production.
7. To coach and transfer the blending knowledge to all operators.
8. To seek opportunities and propose for continuous improvements.

Bachelor degree is minimum

Mandatory:
？ -Rich operation experience of tankfarm and chemical plant.
？ -More than 5 years of plant experience in production of similar process.
？ -Good communication skill
？ -Willingness to learn and show initiatives for self-improvement
？ -Middle English reading/writing.
？ -Familiar with MS word excel and PPT.
