Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible to conduct, follow up employee certification training and test(员工认证项目组织培训和培训考核)
2. Quality related position qualification and re-qualification projects(技术岗位员工资质和年审工作的培训和考核)
3. Plan, identify, conduct, follow up training projects for engineers and technical position skill development(工程师及其他技术人员的培训)
4. Plan, identify, organize, conduct, follow up hands-on training projects for engineers and technical positions skill development (计划、实施和跟进技术岗位员工的实际操作培训，并提供指导和支持)
5. Identify, plan, design and conduct new training projects according to business requirements(根据公司业务需要设计和开发技术类培训课程)
6. Identify, plan, design and conduct and lead certification training projects according to engineering/production requirements (根据生产及工艺要求，识别技术培训需求和认证要求，主导员工技能认证项目)
7. Plan and develop various training method to improve employees technical knowledge and skill(根据公司业务需要，开发多样化技术培训方式，提高员工技能)
8. Manage quality related employees training records(技术岗位员工培训记录的管理)
9. Support other job responsibilities within team and function(支持团队内其它工作项目)



Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree from university (学士学位)
2. Composites industry working experience for at least 3 years(复合材料相关制造业3年以上工作经验,工程师或内训师方面的工作经验优先)
3. Good computer skill on office software(熟悉电脑及办公软件操作)
4. Good English skill on written and orally(英语听说读写熟练)
5. Certification of internal auditor on ISO will be a plus(具有ISO内审员资格证优先)
6. Ability of design, conduct a training course(具备课程设计开发和讲授能力)
7. Good working attitude, pro-active, open-mind, innovation, team work spirit(良好的工作态度、积极主动、头脑开放、善于创新，以及良好的团队精神)
8. Good communication skill and personal skill(良好的沟通和人际交往能力)
