Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
• Drive RBWM’s interests and ensure delivery to GS requirements according to Global Standards Steering Meeting’s (GSSM) agreed priorities
• Take execution decisions relating to China RBWM GS solutions and escalation of issues, risks and dependencies, as appropriate
• Ensure delivery of the China RBWM Global Standards projects (CSEM, Data Readiness/SNDR, AML&Sanctions PRO, KYC Remediation, CDD etc.) following Regional and Group guidance within defined timeline and adequate tracking and reporting to senior management
• Initiate local GS initiatives to mitigate China RBWM specific gaps on AML & Sanctions
• Support GS related training & communication initiatives to embed GS into business daily operations to develop the culture, hand-over matured GS framework & procedures to responsible teams and provide on-going guidance
• Liaise local, Regional and Group stakeholders to realize smooth launch of GS projects

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimun of a bachelor’s degree in business, related or equuivalent field is required.
At least five years proven and progressive relevant working experience.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and different levels within the organization.
Have the strong concept for banking risk control and management to review if apporopriate all service and operational risk management processes across the RBWM.
Must be attentive to details for requlations to ensure appropriate operations action plans for updated laws&regulations bening duly institured and implemented
Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, decision-making, interpersonal and leadship skills.
Must be well originized, demonstrate initiative, and able to manage multiple projects.
Good time management skills and a positive desposition are needed to cope with the precess of heavy workload and tight headcount control.
