职位描述：
A.按照销售10周计划做每周生产计划；
B.每周/每月销售达成报告
C.协调销售与运营，技术的问题；
D.推动并帮助生产团队保证生产达成率；
E.做出每周人员及设备分析，以便支持运营团队做出及时正确的决定；
F.仔细检查成品及原材料库存数据，考察原材料在库合理安排生产计划；
G.推动良率及效率的提高；
H.与所有销售沟通，让他们保证3周不变的预测，保证预测准确性；
I.支持新品量产爬升计划；
J.断种产品相关原材料及成品在库统计，协调相关问题的解决；
K.完成与库存控制相关的任何形式的计划数据和库存报告；
L.树立ATJ三个部门的生产计划；
M.减少库存,降低制品在库周转天数；
N.E&O 分析、推动呆滞库存的降低；
O.为生产部门提供分析数据；
P.设备及人员产能分析，为管理层提供及时准确的信息；
Q.经理指定的其他工作；
职位要求
1.25-35岁，中专以上学历；
2.熟悉电子行业计划流程；
