职位描述：
Work with production planer to make properly production plan
Organize the daily production according to production plan
Coordinate with QC team to achieve good product quality
Coordinate with maintenance team to maintain the processing equipments in good status
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure smooth flow of the RM and FG
Analyze the production data and do improvement of process with some tools
Responsible for writing SOP and work instruction
Manage MPP workshop, tankfarm, pack room and other production area
Comply with Clariant ESHA guidline and local legal regulation as well as ISO system (including cosmetics GMP)
Monitor proper PPE implementation in production
Close the process order in SAP and manage POV (process order variance)
Train and develop the production staffs
QESH awareness
Follow strictly all QESH regulation
Follow up department safety training every month
5S mindset
Define 5S standard in responsible area
Followup the 5S excution
Bachelor/Master degree in chemistry/ chemical engeneering with 3-4 years working experience as production supervisor
Chemical plant (batch production) working experiences
Team worker / open minded/ strong leadership skill/ good communication in chinese and english / self-starter/ SAP 举报 分享
