Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product conformity through means of measuring and recording product dimensions and cosmetic appearances. You will also be required to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System by means of communicating product deficiencies and non-conformities. This position will require proven and confident decision making with excellent organizational and communication skills. A high degree of flexibility and creativity will be required to deal with the fast paced environment and ever changing customer needs. Willingness to work overtime and evening shifts as required.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

1 Perform dimensional verifications of oil field equipment during first article, in-process and final quality control inspections.
2 Read and interpret engineering product drawings
3 Assist with ISO internal audits.
4 Generate non-conformance, corrective action and preventative action reports
5 Perform calibrations on precision measuring instruments such as: vernier calipers, outside and inside micrometers, dial type indicators, internal and external taper gauges.
6 Maintain quality records in accordance with company policies and procedures
7 Assist in conducting process capability and gage R&R studies
8 Participating on the continuous improvement team to reduce customer PPM defects.

Qualifications:

1 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setting and fast paced environment.
2 High school diploma (GED) and basic computer knowledge.
3 General knowledge of measuring instruments
4 Fluent in OEM quality requirements and QS/ISO requirements.
5 Demonstrated strong communication skills, both orally and written.
6 Must have drive and ability to excel and work within a time sensitive and strong team environment.
7 A hands-on and highly self motivated individual who is able to demonstrate strong work ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

2012年3月6日，TOP-CO公司签订了租用东疆保税港区二期海泽物流园5号和6号厂房的合同，厂房总面积为10358平方米，租期为20年，预计工厂开工时间为2012年10月1日。拓普克天津公司现内设生产部、商务部、人力资源部、财务部等部门，公司总经理由母公司选派，副总经理及下属员工在国内公开招聘，员工总数预计为150—200人。
