职位描述：
The Job
？ Must have the extraordinary ability to be able to trouble shoot with minimum support for the purpose of repairing production jig, fixture, equipment and functional tester.
？ Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technicians across 2 shifts to meet all related company objectives.
？ Optimize the work environment in terms of safety and performance.
？ Organize, prioritize, schedule and maintain status of all personnel and equipment PM schedules.
？ Monitor equipment and tooling for safe operation.
？ Repair and maintain production machinery, equipment, jig/ fixtures and small tool in accordance with company and manufacturers standards.
？ Work with production personnel to develop simple manufacturing devices for a variety of purposes, primarily related to safety, ergonomic, process improvement, and new processes.
？ Assist in the design, break-down, and set-up of assembly lines, cells and their related equipment.
？ Facilitate and coordinate fabrication, repairs, and maintenance from outside sources.
？ Maintain spare parts inventory for required production equipment.
？ Maintain an operational data base of maintenance logs, spare parts inventories and expenses.
？ Support Production Engineering Department in planning of projects and budgets.
？ Provide assembly related measurement tools and written reports.
？ Ensure general organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas according to 5S standard.

The Incumbent
？ Equal or above bachelor degree.
？ More than 5 years experience in a multi-national production environment as equipment manager (or equivalent position).
？ Equipment management and final assembly production experience.
？ Fluent in speaking, understanding and writing both English and Chinese. 举报 分享
