职位描述：

JOB SUMMARY:

The overall owner of Mass Production projects to ensure the overall customer satisfaction & internal Profit&Loss target, assistant Key Account Manager or Sales Manager to maintain and develop a long term partnership with customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.A Complete Communication Window for assigned key account

In time and proper feedback for all demand from customer to respective department or Sales Manager.

2.Responsible for 2040 CS department daily management and operation. CS main functions as below.

Forecast communication and confirmation and P.O. processing.

Delivery and shipment arrangement.

Liability summary and review.

Price maintain.

Overdue payment chasing.

Return and replacement for defects.

Production and shipment status tracking and reporting.

SAP system data maintenance SAP.

3.Track production and shipment status to make sure On-Time delivery and customer demand can be fulfilled for all projects.

4.Support team training and assement. Make sure organize stable and accomplish work smoothly.

5.Responsible for implementing P&L related action for the all projects: Revenue Target, Forecast Management, On time payment etc.

6.CRM (Customer Relationship Management) on customer level, handle customer complain and continuously improve Customer Satisfactory.

7.Any other tasks assigned from direct manager or top management for business management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Good organize, plan, control and coordinate skills.

2.Strong communication skills and team-work spirit.

3.Proficient in Customer Service.

4.PM or planner experience as plus.

5.Equivalent with 3 years similar working experiences.

6.Good English is preferred.
