职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Manage own warehouse at the factory (with material & finished goods) and contracted warehouse at sales geographies (with domestic produced & import products for B2B & B2C business)
2 Set up and continuously optimize operation process to improve lead time, cost picture, quality standard, information visibility, asset utilization, compliant operation and etc
3 Propose and implement CAPEX investment for improvement of efficiency, Capacity, and etc
4 Propose & implement IT systems to improve visbility, quality control, efficiency,and client satisfaction
5 Propose & implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. Manage, retain, and develop a large workforce
6 Maintain interaction with stakeholders, and make sure logistics input are provided and considered properly, which may result in impact on business plans, service agreement, and end-to-end supply chain optimization opportunities
7 Project work: Setup new warehouses, implement new clients/suppliers, launch new products, layout design, efficiency calculations etc
8 Select, manage, and develop the vendors
9 Resposible for repair & maintenance of building, equipment and other fixed assets ; Ensure assets are in good condition to serve business needs & compliant operation
10 Other assignments as required

Requirement：
1 College Degree or above
2 Over 10 years in warehouse management & at least 4 years in management role with exposure to large/sizable cold chain food or beverage business adopting western standard in Quality management, IT systems and HR standard. Experience in dairy is preferred
3 Strong understanding of processes, food safety requirements, flowcharts as well as financial, KPI, P&L
4 Familiar with IT process of warehousing
5 Excellent in communication and problem solving
6 A good team leader as well as a team player. Strong in people management and leadership 举报 分享
