DESCRIPTION
To support/reply the service requests for Elekta products.
- To support the project technical activities as: equipments installation, service support, validation test and BU installation engineer training
- To respond for the central service activities, specially the helpdesk work
- Product technical information collecting and reporting
- To support the training center tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating at all times according to the department quality systems
- To be involved in pilots calibration (production) at project early stage
- To establish the validation test during the pilot installation
- Online support the service engineers for trouble shooting
- Onsite support installations & service activities
- To collect the product information and report/record to supporting system
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering.
Experience:
- Technical or service experiences, as installation, CM, PM and online supporting are advantages.
- Experiences working with foreign engineers or using English.
Skills:
- Communication and presentation skills for service request on different cultural
- Engineering skills: mechanical, electrical, electronic fault finding
- Computing skills competent to use: excel, word, PowerPoint, autoCAD and etc.
Team player able to operate individually and as a team member during technical supporting
