Requirements

1. Directing the planning, analysis and definition of high-level software strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise and an understanding of the enterprise, business system, and industry.

2. Directing the design and implementation of analyses systems that will identify the strategic requirements related to people and processes necessary for the success of projects.

3. Leading the process of identifying, analyzing, mitigating and responding to project financial; operational; security and legal threats - both real and anticipated.

4. Ensuring clearly defined business goals and expectations; directing the utilization of efficient and effective processes and standards in order to continuously improve the quality of processes, products and services.

Qualifications

1. Master experience of the below skills is required:Understanding of technical architecture within a given technical domain, e.g. Java/J2EE , .NET;

2. Project/Program management;

3. Knowledge of software quality processes;Knowledge of software development lifecycle;

4. 13+ years relevant working experience with 8+ years project management experience;

5. Program management experience is required.

6. Excellent capability in written and verbal Japanese or English

7. Has team leading experience to a group of 30+ members
