Position Goals:
Support and assist the Leasing head to lease the projects based on the agreed trade mix, rental income budget and schedule.
Key Objectives
1.Act as the leasing head for assigned project.
2.To ensure a punctual billing and collecting leasing fees from client
3.To act as line manager for all on-site leasing staffs.
4.Implement projects as required by the leasing head
Responsibilities
1.Direct and supervise daily leasing activities.
2.Preparation of all reports and records of works during the leasing process.
3.Responsible to achieve the designated leasing and revenue target.
4.Supervision of the development of retailer data base and mining for new retailers to both the project and the firm.
5.Work closely with the leasing head and colleagues on the consistency of trade mix, marketing for leasing, rental income budget and tenant service before opening.
6.Responsible to complete signing of all tenancy agreement.
7.Responsible to all billing and collecting fees from the clients, and calculation of commission of all leasing staffs.
Experience and Qualifications required:
1.Minimum 5 years’ of solid experience in Leasing and Marketing in middle to high-end shopping centre projects.
2.Demonstrated involvement in Shopping Centre Projects in China.
3.Experience in developing and managing budgets.
4.Fluent in using of relevant computer software. Experienced in the use of all appropriate software commensurate with the role including but not limited to Microsoft Office, financial and lease administration software.
5.University graduate is preferred.
6.Under the age of 35 is preferred.
