Job description
? Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
? Receive, review, and process import/export documentation for an assigned base of accounts.
? Prepare and process Bills, Insurance Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Consular Documents, customer’s Import/Export Declarations, and Customs Invoices
? Process documents through the Company’s appropriate system. Meet all Company deadlines for processing these documents
? Prepare and/or send advance notification of shipments and documents to banks, shippers, consignees, destination offices, as required and within Company standards
? Arrange, book and confirm cargo space on flights
? Close files and distribute documents in accordance with SLI and in compliance with import/export standards
? Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients of the status of their shipments under the direct supervision.

职位描述：
1. 开发维护内部客户和外部客户。
2. 接受空运进口以及空运出口业务委托，和相关销售以及海外部门联系。
3. 根据客户要求进行询价，协调操作部门安排货物进出口。
4. 按照公司的内部流程要求，进行系统录入。
5. 安排、预定并确认航班的信息，及时主动的跟踪货物的进出口状态，发现异常情况及时与外海相关部门联系，为客户提供解决方案。
6. 制作账单，核对相关费用，及时开票，跟踪客户付款情况。
   任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，英文听说读写能力良好。
2. 能独立判断及处理操作过程出现的问题，能与船公司及客户进行沟通解决实际问题。
3. 较强的学习能力，熟练的电脑运用和文案管理能力。
4. 3年以上货代操作经验。
