Requirements:
1.University degree, major in Business and Trade
2. 1 year working experience in order processing dept., service & detail orientated. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
3. Good communication across levels and functions
4. Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure
5. Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel
6. Team player
Responsibilities:
1. Checking contract terms and related documents
2. Making quotation, Entering orders, creating delivery slips and invoicing in SAP/CRM
3. Checking delivery time with internal dept. and headquarters
4. Contacting with finance dept to ensure the on time unblocking of order
5. Chasing payment with customer
6. Communicating with warehouse for correct shipment
7. Handling of return shipment from customers
8. Providing reports from SAP
9. Maintain customer master data in SAP/CRM
10. Maintain contracts/agreements in file
