岗位职责：
1. Support the Project Director, and other management roles in the construction process throughout all phases of the project to include estimating, negotiation, contracting, construction administration and closeout of individual tasks or sub-projects.

2. Create, update and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of the project or task orders, changes to the project or task orders, RFI, shop drawings and submittal, matters involving quality controls, safety, financial performance, close-out and other aspects of the project or task order(s);

3. Work with subject matter experts to create, review and process shop drawings and other submittals that are required to document the construction process, especially the interaction with production, supply chain and warehousing functions during layout design and implementation.

4. Support the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, writing change orders and other related activities;

5. Establish, monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules utilising contemporary scheduling software;

Support the physical layout and an absolute understanding of the spatial relationships of the physical work: by developing control line drawings, by using CAD to obtain additional dimensioning information, by reviewing and coordinating shop drawings and other activities that allows the various elements of work to correctly fit together;

7. Support the Project Director in negotiating contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders;

10. Develop an understanding of how to maintain and require compliance with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project - to prevent rework and delays;

11. Provide timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as Finance, Supply Chain and external 3rd parties.

Job know-how工作知识及经验
Min.5 years experience in Construction engineering. Require a good to excellent understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. Good analytical skills and the ability to effectively use a variety of estimating, scheduling and reporting software tools. The ability to effectively communicate with management, subcontractors, customers and peer group.
至少五年建筑工程工作经验。要求对土木、建筑、机械和电气专业有良好的理解。良好的分析能力和有效地利用各种评估、日志及汇报软件工具的能力。能够与管理者、分包商、客户和同行进行良好的沟通。
 
Skills Requirement技能要求
1. Solid understanding/proficiency with spreadsheets, email and other software used in the construction industry.

4. Professional credentials - either Engineer in Training (EIT), or Associate Constructor (AC) in good standings or equivalent.
