Job Responsibilities:
General:
- Set up the new plant in Changshu and transfer current operations to the new plant
- Responsible for daily operation in the plant (customer delivery, quality, profit & loss)
- Set up the strategic business plan to grow the business according to company strategic direction
- Meet company target approved by Upline Management
- Responsible for company approved budget

Business Specific:
- Organize the resource to implement the business strategy for Changshu company
- Plan and implement capital invest and employee staffing (recruiting, training) plan
- Coordinate the activities with company other entities for the supported businesses, i.e. cooperate with Sales and other central departments
- Keep the business cost competitive comparing to the market level
- Develop the professional team to grow the business according the defined business strategy

Nationality:
Chinese

Age:
35 years old or above

Educational qualification:
University degree or above

Working experiences:
- Engineering background
- Minimum 15 years manufacturing experience in automotive environment
- Familiar with modern manufacturing concepts

Language:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Personality:
- Good English communication skills
- Market knowledge in the automotive supply business
- Structured and planned working style
- Team oriented
- Good coordination skill
- Very good team building and Leadership skill and ability to train the team to be able to manage the business in a proper way

Others:
- Major in mechanical engineering, automotive or related
- Automotive industry experience is preferred
