职位描述：
汇报线：
合资公司人力资源经理将直接向合资公司总经理汇报, 间接向集团公司工业与设施事业部北亚区人力资源副总裁汇报。

下属人员：3~4人
工作地点：重庆市江北区

岗位职责：
1. 作为集团区域总部人力资源团队成员，基于集团区域总部的人力资源战略和政策，协助合资公司在人力资源工作上进行对接和协调，确保与公司管理团队和集团区域总部人力资源团队维持富有成效和建设性的良好关系；
2. 作为公司人力资源业务伙伴，为公司业务发展战略、流程及相关业务服务提供支持，帮助公司管理人员识别并解决当前存在及潜在的人员问题；
3. 作为公司人力资源工作负责人，通过合理配置人员、辅导及管理下属，带领整个团队完成如下工作：

3.a. 通过与集团区域总部人力资源团队的配合，确保人力资源的相关方针政策、流程、活动、项目及劳动法相关事务的贯彻落实，为公司管理人员提供人力资源事务的咨询服务；
3.b. 通过与公司管理人员及集团区域总部就人才管理/继任计划及内部人才流动等方面紧密合作，并确保培训项目和个人发展计划的有效实施；
3.c. 协助公司制定人力规划，并确保招聘到合适人才以满足人力资源战略的需求；
3.d. 辅助公司的绩效管理及员工敬业度管理，营造绩效驱动的企业文化氛围；
3.e. 密切关注整个劳动力市场的变化，必要时与公司管理人员和集团区域总部达成一致后采取相关的行动措施。


任职资格：
1. 8年以上人力资源管理工作经验，3年以上跨国企业人力资源管理岗位经验，2年以上团队管理经验；
2. 本科及以上学历，熟悉计算机办公软件，能将英语作为工作语言；
3. 工作细致严谨，具有良好的职业道德操守；熟悉人力资源战略规划、招聘与配置、薪酬福利、绩效考核、培训与发展、职业生涯规划等办法、流程及规定，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4. 身体健康、心态积极向上、亲和力佳、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的抗压性，善于整合资源驱动目标的达成，具有出色的多任务、多角色平衡能力 举报 分享

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China. It provides conformity assessment and technical consulting services related with QHSE and Social Responsibility to domestic and foreign companies, from small to very large ones in the fields of industry, construction, and management systems, aiming at creating added value for clients through assistance in risk management and performance optimization.
