职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责对公司全球模具及相关设备的总体指导、协调、实施、执行、控制及完成工作；
2. 负责总体指导，协调，实施，执行，全球公司的模具及相关设备的控制和完成，以确保与公司总体战略、承诺及目标保持一致；
3. 对新项目的规划和实施提供技术层面的指导（新建模的进度、新试模、注塑生产流程和进展等）；
4. 促进项目范围、目标及交付成果的定义；
5. 定义项目任务及资源需求；
6. 制定全面的项目计划；
7. 组织协调阿卡中国区域内以及全球团队的合作；
8. 管理项目预算；
9. 管理项目资源分配；
10. 计划项目时间进度表；
11. 使用适当工具追踪项目的交付工作，保证产品质量;
12. 持续监控项目进度，并及时报告给相关同事；
13. 出具关于项目进展、问题及解决方案的报告；
14. 进行项目评估及结果评估；
15. 对项目变动及干预措施实施管理已确保项目预期产出。
任职要求：
1. 3年以上注塑工作经验；
2. 2年以上电工经验并具有电工证；

Arkal Automotive Tianjin was founded in 2012 as part of Arkal Plastic PorductS IL long run strategy for increasing production capabilities at the north area of China.

Arkal Automotive Tianjin was founded as an entirely local Chinese production company, Arkal Automotive Tianjin is being fully owned by Arkal Shanghai. Arkal Automotive Tianjin is located in Wuqing district which is about 80 km east south of Beijing. Wuqing is one of Tianjin main district.
