Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Communicate and work close with all MTM boutiques for orders.
- Help boutiques to check and correct the mistakes of measurements.
- Coordinate MTM measurement training, assist MTM and Bespoke Manager developed and prepared all related training projects.
- Introduce service to VIC /potential customers though global website.
- Prepare the MTM monthly Sales report and calculate the incentive of MTM for boutique staff.
- Manage all MTM related master garments & tools /new season updated stocks & materials for Retail.
- Process all MTM & bespoke orders and follow up the status and communicate with manufactures if any problems.
- Travel with MTM & bespoke manager on trunk shows throughout China.
- During the trunk show and assist manager provide customer service as a translator when requested.
- Assist the MTM and Bespoke Manager with the day to day running of the administrative side (business trip recommendations and flight / department expense cost) of the business when requested
- Help MTM boutiques to process the refund MTM garments to outlet.
Profile Requirements:
- At least 3 years and above administrative working experience
- Willing to learn and take instruction from the MTM and Bespoke Manager
- Bachelor degree above
- Fluent in English
