职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities

1.Leading the trouble shooting team and make sure they efficiently and effectively solve all technical problems during production.
2.Observe and make the team observe equipment in production and make it function as it initially should work. Report equipment problems to the maintenance manager and help him to solve these problems
3.Ensure the quality of the repair works done. Check them and react if needed. All repairs should be finished in a professional way.
4.Analyze downtimes together with the maintenance manager. Try to minimize downtimes, and propose improvements on the equipment to do so.
5.When all machines running make sure the trouble shooting people are doing 5S or basic preventive maintenance tasks.
6.On the job training of trouble shooting personnel:
PLC usage, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics,…
7.Do 5S, improve where possible.
8.Rotate in the companies emergency service system to help trouble shooting solve difficult problems outside the working time.
9.Safety:
Make sure all maintenance people use the safety procedure during maintenance works and switch of equipment in order to work safely. Help others to work safe as well.
Do weekly safety observation tours, to see whether people can work more safe.

Essential Criteria

1.Good knowledge of PLC Siemens S5 and S7
2.Good knowledge of physics, hydraulics and pneumatics
3.Good knowledge of electrical systems and functioning
4.Good general knowledge of drives
5.Good general knowledge of temperature measurements
6.Strong problem solving capabilities, analytical way of working
7.A good teamleader
8.Pride in the quality and efficiency of your work
