Assistant to General Manager (m/f)
Your tasks:
Managing the area of responsibility regarding all the financial and administrative tasks of CUBE Bikes in China including:
- Accounting in co-operation with our accountancy firm
- Participate in financial planning
- Create daily administrative business documents
- Handle (international) financial transactions
- Monitor and help to ensure the legitimacy of the company management and operations
- Preparatory work for the General Manager
- Typical tasks in Human resources
- Supporting and coaching the people working in the related departments to ensure an efficient and flexible daily business
Our requirements:
- College graduate or above, majored in business administration or accounting
Preferably licensed in 会计上岗证
- Chinese native (fluent in Mandarin) and good command of English or German in both written and oral
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an international company, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and willingness to continuously improve processes and own capabilities
