职位描述:
Main Responsibility:
1. Provides professional customer service and support regarding the organization’s products and services to build superior customer experience.
---- Follow up and solve the problems in customer's demand; 负责客户的需求跟进和及时反馈并解决问题;

2. Handles customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints. Solves customer problems, analyzes customer service needs, and places orders and manages stock.
---- Receiving orders from customer, and checking the inventories via ERP system ,then deal with orders according to the procedure ; 接收客户订单,利用ERP软件核对库存情况,根据订单处理流程处理订单;
--- Calculating the amount that customer should pay, and checking with the finance to confirm the actual payment amount; 核算客户应付款并同财务核对确认客户实际付款金额;
--- After payment confirmed, doing the delivery in the system aimed at the corresponding orders; 付款确认后对订单做系统发货处理;
--- Docking the delivery process with warehouse effective; 与仓库有效对接发货进程;
--- Issue the VAT invoice; 给客户开具发票;

3. Performs a variety of administrative tasks relating to customers and/or principals.
--- Assist sales people to finish signing the sales contract and authorization; 协助销售人员完成客户销售合同的签订和授权书;
--- Summarize and analysis sales data; 完成销售数据的统计分析;
--- Undertake the temporary work that assigned by the department; 承担部门分配的临时性工作;
--- Finish other tasks assigned by superior; 完成上级安排的其他工作;

4. Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services; 了解熟悉公司的产品和服务;
5. Maintains customer master data and stock records; 维护客户信息;

Experience and Education:
1. Skilled use of Windows OS and good computer (MS Office);
2. Good communication and coordination ability, team consciousness;
3. ERP operation and customer service related work experience is preferred;
4. With a strong innovative ability, cheerful personality;
5. Good customer service consciousness, have affinity;
6. Certain English foundation (spoken English is preferred);
7. Be honest, work hard, work with initiative;
8. Bachelor ( or above), customer service experience is preferred;
9. 3 years+ experiences in relative area , proficiency in computer operation;
10. Ability to work independently under pressure, has positive and good working attitude;
