岗位职责：
？ 对雷吉那产品、产品应用及目标市场有深入和坚实的了解；
？ 提供技术支持。对于从销售部门、客服部门或直接从客户收集到的技术信息进行分析处理。
√ 使用现有评估软件或其他工具对产品应用进行可行性分析；
√ 根据实际的应用条件和目的为客户推荐适合的产品；
√ 为销售部门、客服部门和客户提供技术支持；
√ 去客户生产车间和生产线调查；
√ 给予客户现场安装协助指导；
√ 协助销售及客服部门处理客户投诉；
√ 联络并大量拜访客户；
？ 将非标准化产品需求归档，并协助销售、客服部门收集信息；
？ 将客户投诉归档，并协助销售、客服部门收集信息；
？ 主动开展现场测试并跟踪进展，及时回馈测试信息给公司。
？ 维护应用技术信息 （应用数据、现场测试数据，竞争对手资料…）
？ 准备并更新技术文件（成功案例、型号替换、技术手册）
？ 协助销售部门准备展会事宜；
？ 与意大利各国工程师团队合作，致力于公司分派的项目任务；
？ 执行领导层分派的其他任务。

岗位需求:
？ 本科机械工程、机电工程或相关专业；
？ 熟悉输送应用中的链条以及相关组件；
？ 两年以上啤酒饮料企业设备维护工作经验，或在相关设备厂家的技术工作经验。
？ 了解塑料或不锈钢材料；
？ 会使用微软系统，包括Excel, Powerpoint 以及Access;
？ 会使用CAD系统；
？ 精通机械技能；
？ 优秀的口头和书面沟通技能；
？ 可以主动解决问题并持续跟踪，有独立工作能力；
？ 与客户保持良好关系；
？ 积极应对工作且具备高度责任感；
？ 良好的英语能力，英语4级以上水平；
？ 可以适应经常在国内各地出差。

？ Position: APPLICATION ENGINEER – Conveyor chains & related components;
？ Employer: Regina (Tianjin) Chain & Belt Co., Ltd., part of Regina Group, headquartered in Italy;
？ Activity in which the resource will be involved: technical and product application support to Regina Tianjin and Regina Group customers in connection with stainless steel and plastic chains and belts and related components to equip the following machinery:
？ Conveyors, mainly for the bottling, food and glass manufacturing industries;
？ Packaging machines, for all industries;
？ Start date: as soon as the resource will be selected. Ideally
？ Territories assigned: East and South China;
？ Ideal resource base/home location: Jiangsu, Zhejiang

Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Develop a deep and solid knowledge of Regina Products, applications and target markets;
？ Technical support. The request will come from Sales Department/Customer Service or directly from Customers:
？ Feasibility of new or existing applications. By using available Evaluation Software, or other tools, if necessary;
？ Choose the correct product for new or existing applications;
？ Provide Technical information about products to Sales Department/Customer Service and Customers;
？ Plant and line survey;
？ Assist Customers in critical installations;
？ Assist Sales Department/Customer Service in case of Customer’s claim;
？ Contact and extensively visit Customers.

？ File requests for non standard products and assist Sales Department/Customer Service in gathering information;
？ File customer claims and assist Sales Department/Customer Service in gathering information;
？ Set up field test and follow up;
？ Maintain Application Engineering information (Application database, Field test database, Competitor’s literature…);
？ Prepare and update technical documentation (Success stories, Cross references, Technical manuals…);
？ Assist Sales Department in organizing Trade Shows;
？ Technical Training to Sales Department/Customer Service and Customers;
？ Collaborate with Engineering teams in locations worldwide and contribute to engineering projects as assigned;
？ Carry out other tasks assigned by upper management.


Profile & requirements:
？ BS in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or related major;
？ Familiarity with chains & related components for conveying application;
？ 2 to 3 years of working experience in the maintenance/engineering departments of a food & beverage manufacturing company or OEM;
？ Knowledge of plastic and steel materials;
？ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
？ Knowledge of CAD systems;
？ Good mechanical aptitude;
？ Strong verbal and written communication skills;
？ Demonstrate initiative in problem solving and follow-through, and the ability to work independently;
？ Keen to relationship with customers;
？ Proactive and highly responsible;
？ Good knowledge of English, CET 4 is preferred;
？ Willing to travel in China extensively.
