职位描述：
MISSION
IDIADA has an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Specialist to start a new activity in a global Engineering Company, in Shandong (China).
This role is responsible for the design, develop and implement all the activities to create a new Purchasing Department which involves selection, monitoring, management and development of suppliers within the automotive testing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Relationship Management：Develop strong relationships with responsible supply base and intercompany customers.
2.Suppliers sourcing and evaluation：
- Sourcing appropriate suppliers
- Assessment and investigation strategic supplier.
3.Cost control：
- Purchase requirements of assigned materials and/or services at the lowest Total Acquisition Cost for the quantity, quality and delivery required.
- Establish accurate material costs, monitor them and provide accurate information to the Project Manager, Commodity & Procurement Manager.
- Develop lowest Total Acquisition Cost through negotiation, competitive bidding, and market analysis and supplier knowledge.
- Analyze and evaluate quotations from potential suppliers.
4.Negotiation and Contract management：
- To ensure negotiated contracts are implemented to maximum effect.
- Co-ordinate all suppliers＇ contracts and act as lead buyer on supplier related projects.
5.Purchase development:
- Lead the development and generation of the RFQ, compile scope of supply and draft legal contracts in a timely manner to achieve business requirements.
- Provide monthly reports on activities meeting for group KPI measures.
6.Contingency issues plan and control:
- Communicate any material problems and lead in finding solutions.
- Expedite materials and or services when required and manage any rejections or other problems on materials and or services purchased.

REQUIREMENTS

Profile:
- At least 4 years of working experience with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- CPS high-grade Senior Procurement Manager Certificate it’s a must.
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply CIPS 3 or 4
- Win-Win Purchasing Negotiation Skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, with team spirit and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent analytical and creative skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Open to travel if required and to work in a multicultural environment.
- IT knowledge:
 Expert level of office package (MS Excel, word and Powerpoint )
Expert level of Acrobat.
Basic level of CAD (expertise in this software will be an asset)

Languages Skills:
