职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1.Work with Outside Sales to develop account plans and strategy to meet or exceed sales target and company objectives.

2.Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business and build relationships with all personnel with buying influence in the customers' organization.

3.Establish quote strategy with OS and actively manage the in RFQs process.

4.Process all order entry for assigned accounts via Sales Associates, written orders, Quote conversion via SBDU and/or BIM conversion.

5.Manage the commercial business interface with customer and internal departments related Trade Compliance requirements (ECS, CIV, renewals, etc), product documentation such as NCNR and product waivers, managing new and expiring ship & debits, Programming First Article Approval and Sample Orders.

6.Send initial order acknowledgement to customer (if required) and ensure that delivery confirmation and open order reconciliation processes are established and executed between customer and FSC either directly or indirectly. Act as customer interface to address outstanding issues on orders.

7.Act as first customer interface on all operational issues e.g. Account creation and modification, RMA, QA, credit discrepancy, expedite, delivery issues etc. Working with appropriate internal departments you will resolve all operational service issues for customers.

8.Develop strong relationship with customers and continuously strives to exceed customer expectations.

9.Review all BIM performance reports directly with the customer monthly to ensure bond levels and appropriate to historical consumption and future demand. Identify all non BIM as a target addition to BIM after verifying future demand with customer.


Job Requirements:
1.Certificate or Degree in Electronics or relevant discipline is preferred.
2.Working experience on Global Distributor, or Global customer account.A minimum of one year experience in a Sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry.
3.Good language skills (including written and spoken in English).
4.Excellent interpersonal skills.
5.Excellent communication skills(clarity,organized way of thinking).
6.Excellent computer skills.
7.Good time management skills(works well under pressure).
8.Proven multi-tasking skills.
9.Operates from a service-oriented attitude.
10.A proven team player.
11.High energy level with a sense of urgency.
