9.Communicate important account management information to sales.

Job requirements:
1.University Education and 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a fast

paced dynamic environment, preferably in electronics industry
2.Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
3.Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
4.Good command or English and Chinese
5.Delighting the Customer-Anticipates and strives to exceed expectations.

8.Good sense of Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
