岗位职责：
· 能有效、准确和专业地处理客户的需求。
· 推广和行销我们公司的产品。
· 通过电话沟通与客户保持紧密关系。
· 通过每个电话销售机会完成预先设定的销售目标。

要求：
· 大专以上学历。 优秀应届生也可考虑。
· 1年销售或服务经验；有电子行业、电话销售经验的将优先考虑。
· 具有良好的电话礼仪和处理客户问题的经验。
· 积极进取者并具有较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能有效地达到设定的目标。
· 有较高的客户服务意识。
· 具备英语和普通话沟通能力，能说广东话或者任何一种方言更佳。

工作地点：罗湖区红宝路蔡屋围金龙大厦26楼（京基100 裙楼D栋）

You will receive professional training in advanced telemarketing skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career.

Responsibilities include:
· To handle customer’s enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
· To promote, up-sell our Company’s products
· To retain customers through inbound and outbound call
· To maximize sales opportunity for each call handled for the achievement of the preset sales target

The right candidate should possess the following qualifications & attribute:
· Matriculated or Above
· 1 years' experience in sales of fast moving goods or services; call centre or telesales experience will be an advantage
· Good telephone manners and experience in handling customers
· Aggressive achiever with strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to meet set target
· Highly motivated with a sense of commitment in providing quality service to customers
· Good command of English and Mandarin, Ability to speak Cantonese or any other dialects a plus.
