4. Have a good command of professional knowledge. Candidates with product development experience are preferred (refrigeration/building automation/energy saving building/solar energy majors are preferred).

1， 支持销售部门，在项目前期，为客户及合作伙伴提供产品技术支持和系统化方案制定。
2， 支持销售部门，负责项目投标的技术部分全程工作。

Job description:
1. Support sales department, provide product technical support and systematic solutions for customers and partners in the early stage of projects.
2. Support sales department, responsible for the overall technical work of project bidding.
3. Support sales department, responsible for technical production scheduling and technical change of contracts and orders, communicate with each department within the company, communicate with customers about technical issues, ensure product technical accuracy and make sure products meet customers’ requirements.
4. Carry out product and technical scheme training for sales engineers.
5. Cooperate with the marketing department and carry out product promotion and technical training for customers and partners.
6. Cooperate with after-sales service department, analyze the technical and product problems presented by customer feedbacks with a designer's perspective, provide technical support for the service department.
7. Evaluate, analyze and pass on non-standard product requirements fed back from customers, cooperate with technical department to design and confirm non-standard products.
8. Evaluate, analyze and pass on the new schemes, new technology and new products fed back from the projects and market to our R&D department, cooperate and assist new product development and innovation.
