职位描述：

-Arrange the work of the quality team organize the implementation of the quality & Feed safety management system. .

-统筹安排质量团队的工作，组织质量与饲料安全管理体系的实施；

-be responsible for the corrective action and preventive action programs to drive continuous improvement in order to improve quality, safety system.

-负责纠正和预防措施以驱动质量与饲料安全体系的持续改进；

-Push quality objectives realization and ensure quality policy and quality requests from headquarter are implemented effectively.,

-推动质量目标的实现；

-be responsible for the release of special products.

-负责特殊产品的放行；

-Organize internal audit yearly, organize the internal auditors to audit the quality system and regulation compliance according to <internal audit procedure>. And issue the audit report, push the corrective actions.

-组织年度质量体系、制度内审，并出具报告，推动整改进度；

-Coordinate and receive the audit from headquarter, customer and 3^rd part. And push the corrective actions.

-协调总部、客户和第三方审计并推动整改进度；

-Be responsible for organizing mock recall yearly.

-负责组织年度模拟回收；

-Be responsible for organizing management review.

-负责组织管理评审；

-Be responsible for the handling of the complaints from the customer, and organize the investigation, monitor the implementation of corrective action and preventive action

-负责处理客户投诉，并组织相关调查驻督促后续的纠正和预防措施的实施；

-Report the quality status and quality director of HQ monthly.

-每月向总部质量总监汇报上月总体质量状况（包括各项目检测情况、特殊客户质量状况、检测比率及合格比等）。

-review and draft the annual test plan for the FP, Semi-FP and Raw material.

-每年回顾和起草年度成品、半成品及原料的检测计划。

Job requirement 要求
本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above
5年以上质量工作经验，食品行业优先
Five years experience in food and relevant industrial
英文听说读写流利
Fluent spoken and written english ,and good at listening and reading .
