职位描述：
MISSION
As part of our Corporate Services Team you will be the person in charge of all the tasks related to HSE (Occupational Health, Safety and environment)
You will report to the OHS team located in Headquarters (Spain) and the General Manager of the IDIADA China Proving Ground (ICPG)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To integrate the Applus+ IDIADA OHS procedures
- Be able to design, detect new needs and carry out OHS training for all staff
- Investigate any incident or accident that might happen on the facility
- To control the different tasks, machinery and substances that are located or taking place at the ICPG
- Perform OHS internal controls of facilities and work activities
- Implement preventive measures
- Perform job position risk assessments, identifying, assessing and controlling the risks
- Monitor and ensure company's operation to comply with requirements of China HSE laws, regulations and Applus+ IDIADA Corporate HSE directives and standards
- Be responsible for collecting and reporting of all types of occupational health, safety and environmental data, and report them to the General Manager of ICPG and to Applus+ IDIADA HQ
- Coordination of activities with contractors
- Other tasks or duties assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Safety Engineer certificate is a must
- Advanced IT skills
- Experience working in construction areas will be an asset
- Proactive, problem solver and able to work autonomously to achieve team goals
- Auditing skills will be an asset

Education:
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Master degree in any area related to OHS or EHS will be considered an asset.

Languages Skills:
