Customer Service Specialist (TEMP-6months)
Work location: KK Mall D building, Luohu, Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
-- Close interaction with the sales team.
-- Drive backlog management activity to achieve month end budget.
-- Customer Inquiries
-- Expedite Requests
-- Open Order Reports
-- Order Change Transaction Entry and Follow Up
-- Rush Factory Buy Follow Up
-- (EDI) Purchase Order Follow Up
-- Communicate important account management information to sales.
-- Manage RMA
-- Execute Bond Inventory Management after reviewed by Sales
Qualifications and Experience:
-- University Education and 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a
fast paced dynamic environment, preferably in electronics industry
-- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
-- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
-- Good command or English and Chinese
-- Competencies (Skills & Behaviors)
