职位描述：
？ For leading and managing daily operation of industry production team.
？ To carry out the solvent coating instruction and supervision for the making process base on Osha, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced. Focus on standard product process improvement and do quickly online trouble shooting
？ Ensure the PSM compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analyse related KPIs, e.g. OEE, Scrap rate.
？ Lead team to complete the production plan timely, improve the team’s efficiency, equipment capability. Support the team to launch the new product.
？ Follow the Quality Standard to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction.
？ As a trainer/expert for coating line operation and process management
3. Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role
？ To fully meet Osha, ISO9001 and ISO14000 ISO18000 and TS16949 expectation.
？ To coach and transfer knowledge to operation staff.
？ To implement lean manufacturing projects requirements.
Assisting the maintenance team to ensure all machine/equipment in a good condition
？ Improve process and efficiency continuously
？ Act as procedure owner have completed SOP online training and capable to write procedure following Practices and Procedures requirement.
？ To act as a team leader to organize the daily operation according to work orders.
？ To be responsible for daily management and supervision of the solvent coaitng line in terms of planning, cost control and operation, and to manage its shift operation.
？ Ensure operator’s operation to be in line with SOP/WI; make sure all team members’ operation is well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.
？ Be responsible for the development of workd procedures as necessary. Ensure meeting with Operating Procedure for coating processes effectively by co-ordinate with planner, warehouse, maintenance and QA teams;
？ Help operator development, lead as needed. Make sure the operators can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the incumbent.
？ ensure all the expenses happened in team is well managed and met the budget plan.
？ Ensure 5S implementation in slovent plant
？ Do failure root cause analysis and take corrective actions and share lessons learnt
？ Make sure the safe/correct/timely operation be implemented
？ Develop the annual training/improve plan for all the related staffs. Include the PSM requirement.
？ Daily review KPIs .eg OEE，Scrap rate.
4. Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)
Mandatory：
？ Bachelor or above degree in management or engineering.
？ 3 years working experience with coating or printing.
？ Fluent in both oral and written English
？ Basic PC skills (word processing & spread sheets)
Desired：
？ Professional in IE and production knowledge preferred.
？ Skill in implementing International Standards Organization (ISO) management system.
？ Strong communication and coordination skill, strong accountability.
？ Mastery on safety Management System.
