Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete Project tasks based on work order;

2. Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction;

3. Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities;

4. Support Project Manager on technical issues, such as WBS development;

5. Work closely with Project

Manager to guarantee customer acceptance;

6. Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project delivery;

7. Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of SSB standard;

8. Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery.



Business Case

Together with the significant growth of SSB NA business, Heavy Industries is also growing fast, the total value of projects being executed by HI team in mainland

China is about 10M USD, we just started to execute an about 2 Million Ceiling Tile making project, and faced the shortage of manpower. We need to replace the engineer Liu, Yong who was supposed to work on this project, but left the company because of his personal reason



Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering.

2. At least 3 years' work experience in automation/drive hardware and software design and execution field.

3. Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and especially a good understanding of Motion Control.

4. Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).

5. Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

6. Vertical Domain Experience: Heavy industries, e.g. Metals, Pulp & Paper etc.

7. Intermediate level of site work & management Capability, including site tuning, commissioning, coordinating and directing site installation, etc.
