Job Responsibilities

- Managing and implementing production process parameter and monitoring the product quality situation in the

production process, taking action in time to solve process and technical problems
- Monitoring, directing and training line leaders and operators to implement strictly in accordance with the

standard specification;
- Process controlling, productivity improving and scrap reducing;
- Part of raw material quality inspecting and controlling;
- Managing plant process and technical;
- Managing RM/masterbatch/fished goods testing lab;
-Improving manufacturing team communication necessary for yearly improvements in the facilities operations;
- Providing budget preparation, manpower and capital expenditure plans.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree, major in Polymer Materials or Insulation, Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years lab management experience in the same scale manufacturing industry or above.
- Good understanding of quality tools of SPC.
- Familiar with system of SAP Operating System or ERP Operating System is preferable
- Fluent English in writing and oral
- Work serious and responsible.
- Skilled in communication and coordination.
- Good team-playing spirit.
