Responsible as Account Manager for a portfolio of GA sales originating from Greater China region (China Mainland/Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau). Additionally, deputise and assist the China S&M Manager in the formulation and implementation of marketing & business plans for Greater China.

1. Develop and implement strategies and tactics for prospecting new General Aviation (GA) accounts

3. Dvelop a portfolio of existing GA customers to increase sales . Responsible for the management of each customer account incl.:
a) Understand their business and fuel requirements, and develop value proposition to meet the needs.
b) Negotiate supply contracts (including pricing, credit and payment terms) with GA customers to solicit sales . ; , provide first assessment of customer credit and manage customer account according to Air BP Credit policy

4. Contribute to the GA global strategy by providing intimate customer insights, and local market intelligence to the Air BP global GA team. Network closely with members of the Air BP global sales and marketing team, Credit Manager, Centre Collections team, account managers and market managers to implement and deliver global business strategies and targets.

5. Key member of Air BP Asia GA sales team and deputise for Regional Sales and Marketing Manager as required and assist in the formulation and implementation of market development & marketing plans in GA sector; Share best practices on account management (customized offer, account receivable management, credit control, etc).

6. Contribute to Air BP China Leadership Team via providing customer insights, intelligence on local market and industry activities, and


- Degree in marketing/ business, or engineering/ science

? Experience (years and nature)
- Experienced (3+yrs) experience in B2B sales and key account management
- Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management a plus
- Knowledge of Aviation and/or Petroleum/Chemical Industry preferred
