职位描述：
Mission / 使命 根据天津物流中心进出货的需求，确保质量完成设备组的整箱拣货、补货以及进货组的进货上架的任务。 A. Main responsibilities/主要职责： 1. 根据设备组的任务，服从调度员的安排，完成整箱拣货任务、补货、盘点以及进货组的进货上架。 2．严格遵守公司、仓库的安全操作、安全驾驶准则，确保不出现任何的安全事故。 3．爱护公物，每天定期对所驾驶的叉车进行保养维护。 4. 协调团队日常运作，及时发现工作中存在的问题，并及时解决，如不能解决的，汇报给主管、领班。 5．爱岗尽业，保持责任区域的整洁与托盘规范摆放（5S管理）。 6. 配合主管、领班，完成团队的工作目标。 B. Work Quality / 工作质量： 1. 整箱拣货准确率达99.90%。 2. 补货准确率达99.95%。 3．进货上架准确率达100%。 C. Work Skills / 知识技能： 1. 熟练操作仓库内的各种叉车（高位拣选车、前移式叉车、堆高叉车）。 2．熟悉WMS/曼哈顿仓储物流系统操作。 3．至少掌握外组一个工种的操作。（如单捡操作） D. Work Discipline / 工作纪律： 1. 服从主管、领班的工作安排，严格遵守拣货、补货及上架的流程。 2. 遵守公司的各项规章制度。 E. Work Motivation / 积极性： 1. 以部门目标为前提，积极主动完成本职工作。 2. 勇于提出改善建议，并且乐于接受改进方案。 3. 积极主动帮助同事，协助完成工作上的问题。 F. Team Work / 团队合作： 1、在个人与同事之间出现冲突时，主动沟通达成共识。 2、主动协助其他班组完成各项工作任务，乐于接受临时调配。 3、与外组员工合作时，严格遵循流程要求，服从外组领班安排。 Competencies & Attributes / 能力和特长 责任心强，踏实肯干，认真细致，沟通力佳，富有团队精神。 Knowledge & Experience / 知识和经验 一年以上相关工作经验。 Educational Background / 学历背景 高中或中专以上 PC & Other Skills / 电脑及其它技能 国家/市级以上主管部门颁发的有效叉车证书 举报 分享

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing and Guangzhou. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
