1 主导新产品、变更品的过程设计；（工装治具、SOP，PFMEA等文件）
2 主导新设备的导入、改造，协助保全维护、维修设备；
3 对应量产品中出现的为提点；
4 对物料消耗，工时定额进行分析；
5 通过品质改善、效率提高、陈本降低来增强产品的竞争力；
6 对应公司内外部的体系审核、工程监察；
任职要求：
1 具备较强的统筹和协调能力；
2 3年以上制造技术/设备管理的经验，日企优先；
3 熟知纺织行业/汽车内饰和TS16949管理经验优先；
4 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；
5 能够适应白夜班的要求；
6 熟悉CAD制图
