1、计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、四年JAVA开发工作经验；
3、熟悉应用开发框架SSH及其他主流JavaEE开发技术，具有B/S应用开发经验；
4、熟练掌握Html、Javascript、CSS、jQuery，ext等开发技术；
5、熟练使用开发工具Eclipse、数据库MySql, Sql Sever或Oracle；
6、良好的沟通表达能力、理解分析能力、文档编写能力；
