职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining annually and quarterly hiring plan;
？ Manage and ensure that all job descriptions are created, documented properly and regularly reviewed to reflect updated business situation;
？ Consistent utilization of Irecruiting system in whole recruiting lifecycle;
？ Interview with hiring manages in an effectively way to make hiring decision;
？ Leverage the most effective channels on recruitment. Efficient channels management & engagement to improve lead time & quality;
？ Regular feedback, progress update and talent market information sharing to internal hiring managers;
？ Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.);
？ Handle new hire onboard issues and probation evaluation;
？ Talent pool setting-up for key or potential positions on the business requirements;
？ Lead or participate in talent Acquisition projects;
？ Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report related staffing KPIs (fill-up rate, time to fill, time to start, offer acceptance and other recruiting metrics;
？ Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects;
？ Cooperate and work with local personnel bureau.

REQUIREMENTS
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in English, Business Management., etc;
？ 3 years experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm;
？ High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications;
？ Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills);
？ Basic knowledge on labor market trends;
？ Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools;
？ Interview and assessment skills;
？ Knowledge of HR related policies and laws. Understand business model (grasps the fundamental concepts of the business offering and the environment within which it operates);
？ Understanding of Recruiting trends and dynamics, particularly within the Sensata focused industry;
